Terms of use

Who you are booking with
You are booking one apartment in Embassy Towers, Sandhurst, directly from its owner. There is no agency, no platform fee, and no third party holding your money.
Prices
Every price on this site is in South African rand and includes everything you will be charged; there are no fees added later. Rates can change, but not for a booking already made — the total you are shown when you book is stored with that booking and is the total you pay.
Holding your dates
Choosing dates holds them for a short time so you can pay without somebody else taking them mid-checkout. The booking form tells you how long you have. If payment is not completed in that time the hold lapses and the dates go back on the calendar for anyone to take.
A hold is not a booking. Your stay is confirmed when the payment has been confirmed by Paystack — not when your browser returns from the payment window.
Paying
Payment is taken by Paystack. Your card details go to them, never to us. If money leaves your account and you do not receive a confirmation, contact the owner — that is a fault at our end and it will be sorted out.
Changing or cancelling
The cancellation terms are shown on the booking form before you commit, so that you read them at the moment they matter rather than here.
To change dates, ask. With enough notice it is usually possible and there is nobody in the way to say no.
While you are staying
The house rules are part of these terms. They are short and they exist because it is somebody’s home and somebody’s building.
The number of guests you booked for is the number who may stay. If that changes, tell the owner rather than arriving with more people than the apartment sleeps.
This website
The calendar is live and the prices are real, but this is a small site run by one person. If something here is wrong — a price, a date, an availability — the owner will tell you before taking your money, and will not hold you to an obvious error.
Law
These terms are governed by South African law. Your personal information is handled as described in the privacy notice.
